Pricing Released for New Valley Park Area Community Coming Soon

Due to a large amount of interest for their new Valley Park area community, McBride Homes just released pricing ahead of schedule for prospective homebuyers.

Majestic Pointe, a single family home subdivision with 44 lots, will feature pricing from the $340’s for one day only while the builder offers $20,000 off the base price.

“We always like to do something extra special for our first buyers at a community, and this time we decided to raise the bar and offer $20,000 for one day only,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We have a fantastic list of interest families, and we are expecting our grand opening to be a huge hit.”  

Appointments for Majestic Pointe will start on April 1st. Prospective homebuyers can learn about their available homesites and floorplans before the grand opening on Saturday, April 22nd. On this date, buyers will receive the special promotion of $20,000 off the base price.

There are seven total floor plans available from McBride’s Bayside Series with ranch and two story homes, plus incredible homesites including many that back to common ground and trees.

The property is located near I-44 and Highway 141.

“One of our main goals in this project is to support existing Valley Park retail and local franchises,” stated Eilermann. “This is a prime St. Louis County location and with the pent-up demand for new and modern housing options in the area, this is a wonderful opportunity for local residents.”

Due to current zoning, Majestic Pointe will reside partially in the City of Valley Park and partially in unincorporated St. Louis County.
