Quick Move Market Homes Available at Wilmer Crossing in Wentzville

McBride Homes has recently released a handful of quick move homes at their Wilmer Crossing community in Wentzville.

The master planned community is located off Wilmer Road just south of Wentzville Parkway and will have a total of 173 homesites.

The market homes include 5 two-story homes and 5 ranch homes from our Manors and Estates villages. All market homes are currently under construction and will be ready in early 2025. Pricing on these homes range from $352,994 to $498,502.

If you want to build a home from scratch, the neighborhood offers three villages of single-family homes. 

Wilmer Crossing Manors features the Bayside series with 7 different plans to choose from including ranch and two story homes from the $280s.

Wilmer Crossing Estates offers move-up single-family homes with slightly larger homesites. McBride’s Oakwood series features 6 various floor plans including ranch, 1.5 story, and two story models. Some models include a three car garage. Pricing starts from the $330's.

Wilmer Crossing Enclave will also feature McBride’s Oakwood series, but these homes will sit on the largest lots within Wilmer Crossing and all models will include a three car garage. Pricing starts from the $360’s to over $500,000.
