Special Blue Friday pricing at McBride Homes’ community in South County off Union Road

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently opened their new single family home community in South County with incredible pricing from the $280’s. And now with McBride’s annual Blue Friday Sale, that pricing gets even better.

For November only during their Blue Friday Sale, buyers will receive $5,000 off the base price, plus a $5,000 Amazon gift card.
