St. Andrews Meadows in Union Releases New Market Homes for Winter Completion

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently opened its newest master planned community in Union in the heart of Franklin County.

Located near Highway 50 and St. Andrews Drive, St. Andrews Meadows will have a total of 152 homesites featuring McBride’s Arbor and Bayside Series of homes.

St. Andrews recently unveiled 6 market homes for a quicker move in. These homes range from a 2 bedroom Summerfield cottage home at $260,752 to a large two story Royal II at $353,311.
