Street Poured at McBride’s Riverstone Community in Florissant

Streets have just been poured at McBride Homes’ newest community in Florissant, Riverstone. And with 24 homes sold in Phase 1, Riverstone is gearing up to be the prime single family home community in North County.

“Based on our 75 year history of building in St. Louis, we know when we see a significant opportunity for a knock-out community… and for us, this is it,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We are offering several diverse floor plan selections in a fantastic area with plenty of pent-up demand for larger homesites and models.”

Out of the 52 available homesites in Phase 1, McBride sold 43% of the homes before the streets were even poured.

“Selling almost half of our Phase 1 homesites before streets is a testament not only to our outstanding sales team, but also land development team for finding another knock out location,” said Eilermann. 

Riverstone is located off New Halls Ferry Road and Shackleford Road in North County, just minutes from I-270 and I-170.

Riverstone will offer 159 homesites in total once all phases are completed. 

The neighborhood features McBride Homes “Bayside Series” featuring 7 various ranch and two-story floorplans. 

“We are creating something special at Riverstone, combining beautiful homesites with some fantastic floorplans,” stated Eilermann. “But most importantly, we wanted to bring affordable pricing and incredible value to the area with new home construction where there was pent-up demand.”

Pricing for Riverstone starts in the $240’s.

To visit the community sales center, take Lindbergh to northwest on New Halls Ferry Road. Continue past Hazelwood Central High School to the community entrance on your left just past Shackelford Road.
