Townhomes in St. Peters from the $230’s Coming Soon

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, has announced their newest townhome community, Deer Grove, located in the heart of St. Peters.

The property is located off Mexico Road, near Salt Lick Road and off Deer Grove Drive.

The community is set to open for sales on Saturday, July 23rd, but McBride will start taking appointments on Friday, July 1st, so prospects can learn about available floorplans and homesites. 

“Based on our 75-year history of building in St. Louis, we know when we see a significant opportunity for a knock-out community… and for us, this is it,” said Eilermann. “We are excited to offer low maintenance townhomes in a fantastic location with incredible value.”

Deer Grove includes 28 single family homes with pricing from the $230’s. 

For one day only during their grand opening on July 23rd, buyers will receive $30,000 off the base price.

“The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Heritage Series” which features 2 different two-story floorplans with two or three bedrooms,” said Eilermann. “Buyers will also get to personalize their dream home at our Design Studio, located in Chesterfield Valley.”

McBride’s Design Studio currently features more than twelve full size kitchen and bathroom displays, plus hundreds of samples to choose from, giving their buyers the ability to see colors, textures and finishes for their personal selections.

Deer Grove is minutes from I-70, Highway K, and the Page Extension, providing quick access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and other St. Charles County conveniences. It’s also an incredible location if you’re looking to find a new home within the Fort Zumwalt School District.
