Grand Opening set for February 26th at new master planned community in House Springs

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest master planned community in House Springs in the heart of Jefferson County.

Located near Gravois Road and Carol Park Road in House Springs, Bear Ridge will have a total of 263 homesites featuring McBride’s Arbor and Bayside Series of homes. 

“This private neighborhood has something for everyone, featuring two different villages of single family homes to enable a wider selection of floor plans and types of homes,” said John F. The community will celebrate its grand opening this Saturday, February 19th. Buyers will save $10,000 off the base price for one day only.

Bear Ridge will feature pricing from the $190’s to $300’s.

Bear Ridge will offer two villages of single family homes. The Commons at Bear Ridge features two and three bedroom cottage homes from the $190’s, while The Manors at Bear Ridge offers 7 various single family home floorplans from the $240’s with up to 2,500 square feet of living space. 

McBride’s newest community is located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, daily conveniences and major commuter routes, while also being tucked away in a great Jefferson County location in House Springs.
