McBride Homes’ Now 66% Sold Out at Cedar Hill Development

McBride Homes’ Cedar Hill community, O’Brien Place, has found tremendous success over the recent years, and this success doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. 

With 66% of homesites sold in just over a year, McBride recently opened phase 3 at O’Brien Place and sales are still booming. 

“There has been a lot of pent-up demand near Northwest High School and phase 3 is selling fast,” said John F. Eilermann Jr., CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “These new homesites are very spacious, up to 18,000 square feet, with most remaining lots between 9,000 and 13,000 square feet.”



O’Brien Place features McBride’s Bayside Series, with a mixture of in-grade, walkout, and reverse walkout homesites.
