Grand Opening Set for New McBride Homes’ Community in South County off Union Road

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, has announced their grand opening of a new community, Lion’s Chase, located in the heart of South County.

The property is located off Union Road, just north of Reavis Barracks Road.

The community is set to open on Saturday, June 25th, but McBride will start taking appointments on June 3rd so prospects can learn about available floorplans and homesites.

Lion’s Chase includes 65 single family homes with pricing from the $360’s.

For one day only during their grand opening on June 25th, buyers will receive $20,000 off the base price.

The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Bayside Series” featuring 7 various ranch and two-story floorplans. Buyers will also get to personalize their dream home at McBride’s Design Studio, located in Chesterfield Valley.
