South Bend Set to Open in South County off Hawkins Fuchs Road

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is excited to announce the grand opening of their new South County community, South Bend.

The property is located off Hawkins Fuchs Road, just north of Meramec Bottom Road. Pricing will start in the $410’s.

McBride Homes will begin sales on Saturday, June 18^th. On this date, buyers will save $20,000 off the base price of a new home for the one day only celebratory event.
