McBride Homes Announces Return to The Hill with New Townhome Product

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, recently announced their return to The Hill at La Collina with a new townhome product set to open in June.

The property is located off Daggett Avenue and Boardman Street. 

“We are happy bring new construction back to The Hill this summer,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We had huge success with our single family homes at La Collina, and now we’re thrilled to bring attached townhomes just around the corner.”

The new McBride community, La Collina Terrace, will include 26 townhomes. 

The community will offer a new top-of-the-line attached townhomes product with brick fronts reminiscent of The Hill’s traditional neighborhood streetscape, plus rear entry garages with rear entry alley access.
