New Homesites Opening This Weekend at Several McBride Communities

Due to a large amount of interest for several McBride communities, the local St. Louis homebuilder has announced the release of additional phases at a handful of communities around the metro St. Louis area.

After 13 sales at Prairie Wind in Wentzville in March, McBride is opening its final phase of homesites this weekend. This community features two villages of single family homes with pricing from the $270’s to $400’s.

“Prairie Wind has been a huge draw for Wentzville prospects,” said Jake Eilermann, President of McBride Homes. “We opened in April 2021 and we are excited to unveil the final phase in the 210 lot community.”

McBride is also opening another phase at The Timbers in Imperial. This community opened this past September, and has already sold through most of the Phase 1 homesites. The Timbers offers cottage homes and single family homes from the $220’s to $400’s.

“The Timbers opened to rave reviews this past Fall,” said Eilermann. “There was a lot of pent of demand in the Imperial area for affordable new construction, and McBride is happy to offer incredible homesites, innovative floorplans, and gorgeous views to these homeowners.”

The final community to open new homesites on Saturday, April 8^th is Bear Ridge in House Springs. This community also offers two villages, cottage homes and single family homes. Pricing ranges from the $210’s to $350’s.

“March was a spectacular month at Bear Ridge with 11 sales,” said Eilermann. “We opened this community a little over a year ago and it’s been an A+ location for McBride. We’re excited to open additional homesites with incredible views and even better value.”
