McBride Homes Offers $2,000 Gift Card to Help Buyers Shop Local in January

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest homebuilder, wants to help stimulate the St. Louis economy by offering their January homebuyers a $2,000 gift card to shop local this new year.

The $2,000 gift card, given at closing, can be used to help support local restaurants, gift shops, furniture stores, boutiques, grocery stores and more this new year.

Home buyers will also have the opportunity to save $2,000 up to $10,000 off the base price of their new dream home, whether they’re looking for a quick-move market home or wanting to build from scratch.
