McBride Unveils Biggest Savings of the Year with Fall Flash Sale

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest homebuilder, is offering their biggest savings of the year with their newly announced Fall Flash Sale.

“With over 75 years experience and expertise in the home building field, we know the Fall selling season in real estate is already upon us and the market is still hot,” said John F. Eilermann, CEO and Chairman of McBride Homes. “The demand for new construction is still out there so we wanted to give our buyers a special incentive to purchase the home of their dreams before the new year”.

With their Fall Flash Sale, McBride Homes is offering buyers $2,000 up to $10,000 off the base price, plus up to an additional $22,500 in savings at select communities. 

“We don’t offer huge savings like this very often,” said Eilermann. “Buyers should definitely take advantage of this incredible sale because it will be gone in a flash.”

With over 35 communities ranging from villas to single family homes, McBride offers every homebuyer ample product lines, price-points and community layouts to choose from.

McBride Homes also has neighborhoods in every part of town including St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Jefferson County.

“There is still a huge housing demand in the St. Louis market,” added Eilermann. “Inventory is at an all-time low, especially with existing homes, and we are needing to fill in the gap between supply and demand. 

McBride has over 80 inventory homes for those looking for a quicker move in. Many of the homes offer new discounts and a handful can close before the end of the year.
