McBride’s New Home Community in Manchester Over 50% Sold Out

McBride Homes’ newest Manchester community, Celtic Meadows, has found tremendous success since its grand opening in January. The local builder has already sold 37 of the 68 available homesites.

And due to the pent-up demand and quick sales of the homesites, McBride opened phase 2 at Celtic Meadows ahead of schedule.

The Manchester community also recently released three inventory homes available for a quicker move in. On lot 67 sits a two story Sequoia 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, priced at $715,454.  Lot 65 features a two story Nottingham with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is priced at $774,050. The Pin Oak 1.5 Story on lot 62 features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and is priced at $834,972.
