New Community Coming Soon to Warren County from the $230’s

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is set to open its newest multi-village community in Truesdale just outside of Warrenton in the heart of Warren County. 

Located off Veterans Memorial and Highway 47, Elkhorn Ridge will have a total of 190 homesites featuring McBride Homes and TR Hughes in a joint venture.

The information center is set to open on Friday, March 1st so prospects can discuss the available homesites and floorplans at Elkhorn Ridge with the New Home Sales Consultant onsite.  

For the grand opening of sales on Saturday, March 23rd, McBride Homes will offer $10,000 off the base price for one day only.

Elkhorn Ridge will offer two villages of single family homes including McBride’s Heritage and Bayside Series. The Commons will offer two and three bedroom cottage homes, and The Manors will offer 7 various single family home floorplans with up to 2,500 square feet of living space. Pricing at Elkhorn Ridge will start from the $230’s.

McBride will start sales on March 23rd and then buyers can personalize their dream home at McBride’s Design Studio, centrally located in Chesterfield Valley.
