March 11, 2024
Streets have just been poured at McBride Homes’ newest community in O’Fallon, Harvest. And with incredible success with the first phase, Harvest is gearing up to be the prime new construction neighborhood in St. Charles County.
“This gorgeous community has been a huge hit right off the bat since we have something for everyone,” said Jake Eilermann, CEO of McBride Homes. “We’re excited to help meet the demand of new housing in O’Fallon with several diverse floor plan selections in a fantastic area.”
Located at Highway N and Hopewell Road in O’Fallon, Harvest will have a total of 896 homesites featuring three villages including single family and row homes. Pricing ranges from the $240’s to $500’s.
“The community is off to a fabulous start as street paving and water installations have begun,” said Eilermann. “Future homeowners are excited as the community has started to take shape.”
The community has several lots remaining in Phase 1 at the Manors and Estates, where a 3-car garage can be built with specific floor plans. McBride also offers some homesites near the onsite amenities.
“A big reason prospects have been excited for this master planned community is the walkability to the amenity area at Harvest,” said Eilermann. “This area is the heart of the community, and people will love to walk out their back door to the sports courts or food trucks on a Friday night.”
Plans for Harvest’s amenities includes a 13+ acre town square and civic lawn area, food truck court, orchards and pumpkin patch, community gardens, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, playgrounds, trails, over 47 acres of common ground, nature play area with water feature, and more.
“There is something for everyone and any lifestyle at this wonderful community in O’Fallon,” said Eilermann. “Harvest is unlike anything we’ve seen in this area and we’re excited folks can now drive through the community on the newly poured streets and explore the homesites for themselves.”
To get to Harvest in O’Fallon, take Highway 40/61 to west on Highway N. The temporary is located just past Hopewell Road on the left.
