With recent strong sales, the local builder decided to offer several market homes within each village of Wildflower to cater to buyers who need a quicker move in.

Wildflower Meadows features the Heritage series with 5 different cottage-style plans, including 3 new plans that McBride unveiled for the first time earlier this year. Pricing ranges from the $230’s to $300’s. 

Wildflower Manors features the Bayside series with 7 different plans to choose from including ranch and two-story homes. Pricing ranges from the $260’s to over $350,000. 

Wildflower Estates offers move-up single-family homes with larger homesites and floorplans. Six different models are offered in the Estates with pricing from the $300’s to over $450,000.
