New McBride Homes’ community set to open in Oakville off Telegraph & Fine Road

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, is excited to announce the grand opening of their new Oakville community, Shadow Point.

The property is located near the intersection of Telegraph Road and Fine Road.

The community is set to open for information on Tuesday, November 2nd so prospective homebuyers can learn about available homesites and floorplans. 

McBride Homes will begin accepting contracts during the grand opening set for Saturday, November 20th. On this date, buyers will save $20,000 off the base price of a new home for the one day only celebratory event.

Shadow Point will include 53 single family homes. The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Oakwood Series” featuring 6 various ranch and two-story floorplans. Pricing at Shadow Point starts in the $310’s during the November 20th grand opening.
