New Single Family Home Community Coming Soon to Pacific

McBride Homes, Missouri’s largest home builder, has announced their grand opening of a new community, The Manors at Brush Creek, located in the heart of Pacific.

The property is located off Lamar Parkway, just south of I-44.

The community is set to open for sales on February 22nd, but McBride will be taking appointments starting January 2nd so prospects can learn about available floorplans and homesites.

The Manors at Brush Creek includes 45 single family homes with pricing from the $240’s. The neighborhood will feature McBride Homes “Bayside Series” featuring 7 various ranch and two-story floorplans.
